Description

The Department of State's National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Foreign Service Institute (FSI) provides training and professional development to personnel of the Department of State and the Foreign Service community. The mission of the Office Management Training Division of the School of Professional and Area Studies (SPAS) at the Foreign Service Institute is to provide training for Foreign Service, Civil Service, Foreign Service Nationals and other Department of State office support professionals. The Office Management Training Division of the School of Professional and Area Studies at the Foreign Service Institute is conducting a course on Office Management Negotiating and Problem Solving Skills over a period five days for Foreign Service Office Support Specialists and Civil Service Office Support Specialists.
