Description

Solicitation No. 656-32-05 is issued as a construction contract, which is SET ASIDE for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms, NAICS Code 238210, size standard $12 million. The procurement is entitled ?Replace Main Electrical Breakers, Building No. 7? at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center, St. Cloud Minnesota. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to completely remove and replace with new the electrical distribution switch board that serves Building 7 and panels in Buildings 6, 13, 14, 54, 87, and 91. This also includes the removal and replacement of all of the panel boards and conductors in Buildings 6, 7, 13, 14, 54, 87, and 91, that are fed from the main switch board in Building 7. This project also includes the removal and replacement with new of the emergency power generator, transfer switch and all associated equipment such as the radiator, fuel supply, fans, dampers etc forming the complete functional generator system. All work is to be completed as shown in the contract drawings and specifications. Accomplish all work within 180 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated dollar value for this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. Specifications and drawings are available only in hard copy.
