Description: Counseling services to be provided by Social Workers, Psychologiss or other counselors individually or in concert, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty during the Vietnam Era and other specified veterans of war.Prospective bidders submitting offers in response to this request for proposal must have treatment center located within a 30 mile radius of Millsboro, Delaware. Proposals outside of this area will not be considered. This procurement is subject to the availability of fiscal year 2006 funds. Proposals are due by 2:00pm on September 23, 2005.
