- Description
- Nellis AFB, Las Vegas NV, requires a contract for an Aerobics Instructor. Services include providing instruction in aerobics training by teaching classes in various types of aerobics activities. The base period of performance will run 1 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006, with an additional four 12-month option periods. This is a firm fixed price service contract. Unit prices are per class. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940 size standard $6M. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 5 August 2005 via the Internet. Interested parties may download the Solicitation FA4861-04-R-B012 at www.fedbizopps.gov paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. The awarded contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) at www.ccr.gov, or by calling 888-227-2423, prior to award. Award will be based on price only.
