Description

NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION HAS CHANGED FROM UNRESTRICTED TO HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. THIS IS BASED ON SAF/AQ AND SBA GUIDANCE THAT SET-ASIDES CAN BE DONE ON RSA ACQUISITIONS. ALL OTHER BUSINESSES THAN HUBZONES ARE REMOVED FROM FURTHER CONSIDERATION FOR THIS ACTION. PLEASE SEE AMENDMENT AND CONFORMED COPY FOR THE REQUIREMENT. STATEMENT OF WORK CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE, ALONG WITH CLIN STRUCTURE CHANGES. THE CONFORMED COPY THROUGH AMENDMENT 0003 IS THE REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDING PURPOSES. The 50th Contracting Squadron, Schriever AFB, intends to solicit for a full-food service contractor to operate the dining facility (Satellite Dish) at Schriever AFB. Period of Performance is expected to be: Base - 1 Oct 05 to 30 Sep 06, Option 1 - 1 Oct 06 to 30 Sep 07, Option 2 - 1 Oct 07 to 30 Sep 08, Option 3 - 1 Oct 08 to 30 Sep 09, Option 4 - 1 Oct 09 to 30 Sep 10. Size Standard for this acquisition is $17.5M for the applicable NAICS listed above. This acquisition is a HUBZONE Set-Aside, and is held under the authority of the Randolph-Sheppard Act (RSA). Offerors should understand that the RSA agency is given preference if within the competitive range. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation to be considered for award.
