Description

The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii is soliciting, on an unrestricted basis, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and using FAR Part 15 procedures, companies interested in offering MAINTENANCE AND SPECTRUM PROTECTION OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED APRISMA SOFTWARE to include toll free technical support 24 x 7 and upgrades and fixes. Period of Performance is a Base period from 01 January 2006 through 31 December 2006 and two (2) twelve-month option periods. The solicitation contains FAR clauses 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options, 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services and 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511210 and the annual size standard is $21M. The written solicitation can be downloaded from the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil on or about 11 August 2005. Evaluation Criteria: Low, Cost Technically Acceptable.
