Description

SPAWARSYSCEN New Orleans intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, commercial type contract on a sole source basis to Liebert Global Services, Westerville, OH for the replacement of (90) SLF-12105 UPS batteries used to provide power for the Liebert Nfinity Universal Power Supply (UPS). This UPS allows CONAVRESFORCOM to provide continuous service and prevent any loss of data. With the procurement of replacement batteries from Liebert, the original warranty and service contract will be honored at no additional cost. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Comments shall be submitted to Sandra Schule, Code N00C1. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the size standard in dollars is $6 million. Numbered Note 22 applies.
