Description

It is the intent of the Government to purchase Dictaphone maintenance services using sole source procurement. Contractor shall provide full services and support maintenance to equipment as described in this solicitation for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs ? Central Texas Veterans Health Care System located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. These services are being procured under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The authority applies when supplies or services required by the agency are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. Contractor will provide services under this agreement that shall consist of furnishing all parts, labor and transportation to provide repair services and maintenance to the Dictaphone dictation equipment listed below for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHS) 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. Pricing will be based on fixed rate per month. The contract effective period shall be for the base period October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four (4) one-year optional renewal periods.
