- Janitorial Services are required for the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Traffic Control Tower, at Wittman Regional Airport, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Solicitation DTFAGL-06-R-00004 is a small business set-aside for an initial period and four option years. Along with proposal, the (offeror) is to submit proof that you have an active business office staffed and constantly engaged in day-today business, that has been maintained for minimum of one (1) year before and continuously and openly maintained. This office must be maintained during the entire time of this contract, including all option years, and must be located within a 50-mile radius of the location. Estimated date for mailing the solicitation is August 15, 2005. Approximate award date is September 15, 2005 and with a start date of October 1, 2005.
