- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with provisions and clauses applicable through August 8, 2005. Supplies/services requested: 1) Access to 70 issuer ratings and associated research 2) Price should be based on two (2) users. 3) Price should be for a 3-year period, with each year's price broken out separately by year. Price quotes shall be submitted to Jean Skordinski, USAID, Room 7.10, Ronald Reagan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20523. A copy of Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items must be provided pursuant to FAR 52.212-3. Evaluation Criteria: Best value to the Government. End of synopsis/solicitation.
