The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with THE CORPORATE EXECUTIVE BOARD, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W. ? Washington, DC 20006 to renew its membership. The Corporate Executive Board is a membership of senior human resources executives at leading corporations worldwide. The council?s research focuses on strategic management and change in the corporate enterprise through identification and dissemination of best-demonstrated practices for effective management of human capital across organizations.
