- RFP: SP0500-05-R-0142 Solicitations Period: 7 Days, Issue Date: August 19, 2005, Closing Date: August 29, 2005. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), General & Industrial will be issuing a solicitation for NSN 4520-01-162-0385, Heater, Water, Liquid Fuel, M-80 Water Heate Type I. These items are to fulfill requisitions for supplies that will meet back orders for Iraqi Freedom. Material is urgently required. First Article Test is required. The total quantity is 40 each. Drawings for thoe solicitation can be accessed on the World Wide Web at http://abiwed.dscp.dla.mil/abi or the drawing sectin of the Procurement Gateway. However, since this is an urgent and compelling solicitation, only sources that have been previously approved of first article test will be evaluated for this solicitation. Solicitation will not become avialable until solicitation date. Copies of the solicitation can be found on DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate1.daps.dla/mil/home/. Fropm the Gateway home page, select search RFPS from left-hand side bar. Then choose RFP you wish to view. You must be registered to be able to download the RFP.
