Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed Non-Personal, purchase order for Pickup and transport Medical Waste two times per month at the Eagle Butte Indian Health Service in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. Period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four (4) one year options. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Buy Indian Small Business Set-Aside. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 23, 2005 The closing date of this RFQ package is September 12, 2005.
