Description

The VA Medical Center at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, for a reverse osmosis system for the Dialysis Center. The RO system must provide AAMI standard dialysis grade water utilizing an FDA compliant medical device. The applicable NAICS Code is 333319 and the size standard is 500 EMP. All offers are to be submitted to the designated office by September 1, 2005. Electronic or faxed versions of proposals will not be accepted.
