Description

Sole-Source BOS Announcement Classification: 65-Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies 261-0218-05 NAICS: 339112 Pursuant to the authority cited in FAR Part 6.302-1 (a) and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) the Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source purchase with Cook Incorporated for the following medical equipment to be located in San Francisco VA Medical Center (VISN 21). This is an Ancillary Kit. This kit includes a Converters, Iliac Leg Extensions, Iliac Leg Graft, Main Body Extensions and Occluders. The Government has determined that this is the only responsible source and no other equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package will be made available. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
