- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 337122, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2B3BM5202A100/200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-05, Effective 27 Jul 2005 . The Government intends to award two contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) for 6' Plastisol Picnic Tables FFP - Rectangular Color: Evergreen; Frame Color: Black. QUANTITY: 15 EA and (CLIN 0002) for 6' Plastisol Picnic Tables FFP - Rectangular Color: Evergreen; Frame Color: Black. QUANTITY: 10 EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 31Aug05 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. IAW 52.212-3 offeror Representation and Certification - Commercial items all offerors shall include a completed copy of their provisions with their quote.
