- This is a sources sought synopsis. Hill AFB (HAFB) is conducting market research. There is no solicitation available for the requirement at this time. HAFB is not requesting quotes, bids, or proposals at this time. This is for research purposes only. The Government intends to establish a One(1) year basic plus Four (4) one year options for a repair/services type only contract on the Global Positioning System (GPS) for subsystem HPA (High Power Amplifier).
