- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. Funds for this acquisition are currently available. This solicitation should only be addressed by firms doing business in the United Kingdom or with distribution sources in the United Kingdom. NAICS: 336399 ?Filters, Vehicle, gas, air, oil, etc? Delivery charges to RAF Fairford, Glocestershire These filters support US Air Force JP8 aviation fuel storage tanks and pumping equipment. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Price and similarity to Facet International products. End user must have enough information to be able to evaluate substitute products and make a final decision. .
