- Control panel PR 0011488264 NSN 5865-01-093-9776 Northrop Grumman (26512) P/N 1128AV43181-1; DWG NR PL-26512-1128AV43181. Quantity 10 each, including option. FOB origin to Stockton CA. Delivery in 270 if FAT required, or 150 days if FAT waived. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 8/24/05. (The DLA DIBBS website address is: https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP) Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are Northrop Grumman (26512). It is anticipated that award will be made via delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
