- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5975-01-348-3096, RH051120030000, Plate, Electrical Grounding. An ?Export Control? TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to Export Control Certified Requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://ric1s-c025. Dscr.dla.mil/tdmd if export control certification is required, request a DD form 2345 from Defense Logistics Services. This requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four (4) option years. This requirement will be issued as a small business set-aside. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (1572 each for the base year and 1572 each for the four option years. Award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery and price being more important. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway. The anticipated issue date of this solicitation is August 25, 2005. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with price and delivery being equal.
