Description

This project consists of 1 year of monitoring 22 previously identified spotted owl territories on the Angeles National Forest. The surveys shall determine status and reproductive success for each territory. Nest sites shall be mapped and GPS?ed for each territory if nests are located. Work shall be done according to R-5 California Spotted Owl Survey Protocol and shall be performed only by qualified spotted owl surveyors with previous experience. Government estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS code 541690. SBA size standard $6.0 million. Estimated start date is between February 1, 2006 and no later than March 1, 2006. Contractors must be registered with Central Contractors Registry (CCR) BEFORE an award will be made. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 12:00 NOON, LOCAL TIME, SEPTEMBER 12, 2005.
