Description

This project consists of reconstruction of Road 827. Project will include ditching and shaping of existing roadbed; reworking furrow ditches; replacing approach rail posts on bridge; installing or replacing culverts; placing riprap; installing object markers, and stop signs; daylighting of curves; seeding and mulching and surface replacement. The work will be performed on the Holly Springs National Forest, Lafayette County, National Forests in Mississippi. Contract completion time is 30 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and project must be finalized by September 30. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government is planning a preproposal conference at a later date, during which potential Offerors may obtain a better understanding of the work required. Solicitation and plans will be available on this website as of August 8. A Payment Bond of 100 percent of the total offer amount is required before starting work. NO HARDCOPY WILL BE AVAILALBE FOR THIS SOLICITATION
