Description: This project consists of reconstruction of Road 827. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government is planning a preproposal conference at 10:00 August 17 on Holly Springs Ranger District in Oxford, MS, during which potential Offerors may obtain a better understanding of the work required. NO HARD COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION ARE AVAILABLE. A Payment Bond of 100 percent of the total offer amount is required before starting work.
