Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to purchase Omniture License renewal for StieCatalyst Service Level - Base SiteCatalyst CPM The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a firm fixed contract without discussions with offerors providing the requested product. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a technical and price standpoint. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 423430 (Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers). Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the product in this synopsis should submit one (1) copy of their quotation via fax to (770) 488-2670-/2671 or email at egy2@cdc.gov. The quotations should include the itemized price, prompt payment terms, Duns & Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Quotations will be due fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis or August 22, 2005 by 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. This item will be procured as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12.102(c). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All vendors need to be registered in the Central Contracting Registry (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. The preferred method for completing registration is via the World Wide Web at http://www.ccr.gov. A handbook and other information are available at the website, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process.
