Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed Non-Personal, purchase order to provide Ultra Sound Services at the Pine Ridge Indian Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Period of performance will be January 1, 2006 through December 1, 2006 or 1600 hours, whichever comes first. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Buy Indian Small Business Set-Aside. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 23, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is September 12, 2005.
