- This action is 100% set-aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) NAICS 236220. An eligible SEDB concern is a small business concern expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program and in good standing with the Small Business Administration at the time of award. Certification documents are required for award consideration. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region is soliciting competitive proposals for Janitorial and Landscaping Services for Auburn Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Washington. The award will have a Base Contract period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four one-year option periods. There is no planned site visit. Individual site visits may be scheduled by contacting Susan Slyfield at 253-351-3319 during normal business hours. Response to the solicitation is required by 8/29/2005.
