- This modification changes the response date to 22 Aug 2005 and the description. The contractor is to provide clerical/ administrative and transcription service to the radiology clinic at the 22d Medical Group (MDG), McConnell AFB, KS. This service is to be accomplished on site; five hours per day (9am-2pm), M-F, except for Federal holidays, and 22 MDG training days (once each month), and other days as directed by the 22 MDG Commander. Payment will be for hours of service performed. Contract will be for one year of service with options for four additional years (one year at a time). Besides transcription, the contractor?s employee will greet patients; use the composite health care system (CHSC) to schedule appointments, track radiological film, retrieve reports, and assist the radiology department as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: The individual performing this service must have one-year medical/radiology clerical experience, excellent computer skills plus keyboard/typewriter skills (60 words/minute), be able to properly use grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation, and display good customer service etiquette.
