Description: RAPCON FACILITY, UNINTERRUPTED POWER SYSTEMS (UPS) AT YOKOTA AIR BASE JAPAN. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary except that specifically identified as Government furnished in Section 3 of SOW, Government Furnished Property and Services, to operate, maintain, and repair the uninterrupted power system (UPS) at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Air Traffic Control Tower (Bldg 1330) and Radar Approach Control (RAPCON), (Bldg 1368) facilities. NOTE: 1. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE
