Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Prop osals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation number is AMSTAT-RN-0-6805 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisi tion Circular 97-14, dated 24 Sep 1999. The associated NAICS code is 541519. The requirement is for iLine Tool Set: Revise, iShow, iSurvey, iLearn, eScore. No options will be included. Equipment is for AMSRD-TAR-N, Warren, MI. Provision at FAR 52-212- 1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: i) technical capability of the equipment offered to meet the Government requirement and ii) price. Offers are advised to includ e a complete copy of the Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This acquisition is rated D04.
