- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) SRC-3500 Stroke to Raster Converter, Part Number 00-0108000-02 (Quantity - 3 each). This requirement is a manufacturer sole source to Barco-Folsom due to compatibility with the existing hardware configurations currently in use in the F/A-18 laboratories. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic harship to the program.
