- NAICS Code: 514210 NAICS:518210 The US EPA is conducting market research for the requirements described herein. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is not a formal solicitation or a request for proposals. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The proposed requirement mentioned herein is being considered for small businesses. The Government will use responses to this sources sought notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The NAICS for this requirement is 518210, with a small business size standard of $21.0 million. The Information Services and Support Branch (ISSB; Environmental Information, Office of Information Collection, Information Exchange and Services Division, Information Services and Support Branch) is seeking to determine if any commercial businesses are able to host geo-spatial datasets purchased or created by the USEPA. EPA is concerned with the collection, assimilation and analysis of spatial from multiple sources. The agency has purchased and acquired thousands of geospatial datasets (e.g. GDT highway data, schools data, etc. approximately 50GB) at the same time EPA Program Offices and Regional Offices have made significant progress creating geospatial information resources that are critical for the Agency's mission. Today, vast amounts of geospatial resources exist but are not easily available for EPA's GIS community.
