- NAICS Code: 235310 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Washington Professional Systems, which was the original contractor for the EPA Science Advisory Board teleconference center. The partially upgraded center will be fully upgraded and the equipment will be installed and maintained, or serviced, under a continued warranty that will cover both: the compatible previously purchased and installed Washington Professional Systems' equipment and the equipment covered in the purchase order.
