Description

The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 2,300 rentable sq. ft in Charleston, West Virginia within the following delineated area: North: Elk River East: Piedmont Road South: Greenbrier Road West: Kanawha Blvd The space should yield between 2,200 to 2,250 BOMA usable sq. ft. Space must provide a wareyard with enough space to house twelve (12) official Government-owned vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
