Description
Reference Number 05-846-4479 is hereby amended to add the following specifications: ***The system shall meet or exceed the following specifications: Dual piston binary pumping system with pulse-less flow with a flow precision of 0.1 percent or better; active internal and external needle wash to minimize cross-over contamination; include Lamp Optimization software to ensure that the signal to noise ratio is constant, with no need to change the hardware optical slit width as the lamp ages; a fully integrated Oracle database shall allow creation of custom fields, tracking of quality control parameters and integration of custom radioactivity data from a analog input system that we will implement in concert with the HPLC system (in CPM calculation format); analysis tracking integration algorithm shall use second derivative for identification of peak apex to minimize manual integration of peak shoulders and drifting baseline; Vector analysis of the spectral data to allow for the most sensitive co-elution detection capability with the addition of a PDA upgrade at a later date; shall include capability for programming auto-sampler with or without the need for computer based software (front panel control) and ability to program mixing routines into the hardware interface through the front panel of the autosampler; auto-calibration of detector wavelength and spectra at beginning of each run; Taper Beam optics to reduce RI effects; up to 10 mL flow range is needed, cut and paste capability for producing scientific reports and presentations; ability to export data to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and email report generation; shall be impossible to overwrite datafiles. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
