Description: The VA Medical Center, Louisville KY intends to negotiatate sole source with Glenview Enterprises,Inc, for the "Stabalize Slope" project, under the authority of Public Law 108-183, the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003. This project is set-a-side 100% for SDVOB with Glenview Enterprises being the sole SDVOB contractor located in this general-metropolitan area. Project consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and expert supervision to stabalize slope and will include removing failing material, regrade area and place rip rap to help stabalize the slope. New catch basin and storm pipe will be installed to aid in diverting runoff in accordance with specs and drawings. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All work to be completed within 90 calendar days. Applicable NAICS code is 237990 with a small business threshold of $28.5 Million.
