- This is a notice of intent of the Office of information, Cleveland Business Center, Cleveland, Ohio to negotiate sole source with Cooper Thomas for professional support services to assist with the organizational objectives in the area of Master Patient Indexing. The procurement is being conducted under authority FAR 6.302-5, Sole Source award under the HUBZONE Act of 1997. The Government believes that only one rsponsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by August 15, 2005. This is not a request for competive proposals. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquires must be submitted in writing; telephone inquiries will not be accepted, nor written responses received after August 15, 2005.
