Description

NOTE THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY-ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE CCR REGISTERED. Definitions.-?Emerging small business,? means a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. Contractor to furnish all parts, tools, material, labor, supervision and transportation, necessary to remove existing wall and personal door, threshold, hardware, light fixture and store for later reinstallation. Contractor shall demo existing wall, acoustical ceiling grid. Contractor shall repair wall areas where existing stood using screws, joint compound and tape. Contractor shall construct new wall six half feet from existing location and re-install door with frame in center of wall. Contractor shall install new wall angle, ceiling grid system, new two feet by two feet ceiling tile on IA Admin side.
