Description

CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of an UNFUNDED Request For Proposal (URFP) to Construct Military Working Dog Kennel at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number URFP069P. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the absence of funding. Offerors will be required to provide for an acceptance period which extends through 31 December 2005. Offers may be privately opened after the closing date to determine apparent low offeror. Result of offers will not be publicly announced unless award of contract should result. Offerors bid bonds in an amount of 20% of offer, issued by an acceptable surety listed in Federal Circular 570, must accompany all offers and will be held for the entire acceptance period should funds not be readily forthcoming. It is recommended that offerors consider this impact on their bonding capacity if an offer is anticipated. The XTLF 03-1010 Construct Military Working Dog Kennel project would consist of the construction of a kennel support building for the purpose of housing and training military working dogs. Construction to include steel stud and joists, concrete masonry walls, brick veneer, chain link fencing landscaping obstacle equipment, miscellaneous flooring types all in strict accordance with plans and specifications to provide for a complete project. NAICS 236220, Small Business Set Aside, Small Business Size $28.5M. Magnitude $500K-$1M. Estimated Issue Date: 23 August 2005 Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 7 September 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Building 244 Dock 4. Bid Closing Date: 22 September 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Bldg 244 Dock 4. All interested persons wishing to attend the, non-mandatory but highly recommended, Pre-Bid Meeting must provide the following information a minimum of five (5) days prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting or access to Vance AFB cannot be guaranteed.
