PRON: AX5F5608AX, NSN: 3040-01-255-2176, PN: 7-211525 602-3, Quantity: 76 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. Delivery quantities going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article is 76 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Th is is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is restricted to the approved Small Businesses: AID Corporation, Cage Code 02939 and Shur-Lok Corporation, Cage 97393. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or sel ected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firm s are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing d ate annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All off erors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone request will be accepted.
