Description: The work consists of maintaining grounds encompassing approximately six (6) acres at the Roseburg District Office Complex (RDOC) and Multi-Purpose Building (MPB), 2.2 acres at Sutherlin Maintenance Shop (SMS), and 1.7 acres at Myrtle Creek Maintenance Shop (MCMS). This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Bonds are required: Bid Bond, 20%; Performance Bond, 20%; and Payment Bond, 20%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available.
