- The purpose of this amentment is: 1. The 1st purpose of this amendment is to clarify a discrepancy in the Statement of Work in regards to the Period of Performance. Paragraph C.4. has been changed to read “The period of service shall be in accordance with section C.2. of this SOW.” 2. The 2nd purpose of this amendment is to notify prospective vendors that all proposals must conform to the revised period of performance. 3.
