Description

This is amendment #0002 to combined synopsis/solicitation issued on 7/19/2005, RFQ # W91ZLK-05-T-0726. This amendment is issued to include the following in the requirement for the Trellchem HPS (High Performance Suit) T Style Non Encapsulated OSHA L evel B suits: Each suit shall include: One (1) pair of white cotton inner gloves; One (1) pair of 3M silver gloves; One (1) pair of 30 mil butyl gloves; A tee connection which connects the interspiro with the suit ventilation; an interspiro pass thru; a manually adjustable suit ventilation valve which controls the airflow from 30 - 100 L/minute; double layered knees and elbows; One (1) pair of red silk over socks; One (1) Hanger; glove bands; and zipper wax. CLIN 0001 Qty 10, Size Large; CLIN 0002 Qty 10 , Size X-Large; CLIN 0003 Qty 12, Size XX-Large; and CLIN 0004 Qty 4, Size Small. Please note Medium size will not be accepted in leiu of Small. The closing for quotes is being extended until August 15, 2005.
