Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Water Management Research, Fort Collins, Colorado, requires one new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Toolroom Lathe. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-026-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 26, 2005 BY 5:00 P.M. MDT. THIS SOLICITATION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE *UNLESS AVAILABLE ON GSA OR VA CONTRACTS, WHICH TAKE PRIORITY OVER OPEN MARKET. The NAICS is 333512 with a small business size of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-026-82HW-05, which will be available on or about August 11, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
