Description: NOAA, NMFS, Southwest Fisheries Science Center has a requirement for KiwiSat ST-10 PTT re-battery and KiwiSat 202 PTT for fur seal pups. Necessary parts to include: 4 NC antenna with polyurethane sealant, 45 degree angle w/ PVC tubing, programming socket to the outside, etc. The required PTT?s (satellite linked transmitters) for tracking diving marine mammals at sea are designed for use of deep diving marine mammals and are user-programmable. Delivery must be no later then 09/20/2005. NOAA intends to award this contract to Sirtrack Limited. All responsible parties may submit a bid or proposal to this office. This is a Simplified Acquisition estimated not to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
