Description: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis to Central Pharmaceutical Company No. 1 for the procurement of a one year supply and distribution of Opportunistic Infection Drugs (OI) within and for Vietnam. Central Pharmaceutical Company No. 1 is uniquely qualified for this procurement because of the direct governmental approval status it has with the Vietnamese Government. Furthermore, Vietnamese Government regulations limit the number of companies that can procure OI drugs for distribution within country to those that are government approved.
