- The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV is seeking a qualified individual or organization capable of providing the services of a Physician Assistant to the female inmates. The contractor must provide the services as required by the Statement of Work. The contractor must provide an estimated 20 (1) one hour sessions per week for a total of 1040 sessions for the year. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price non-personal, health services, contract with a performance period from date of award through September 30, 2006. The solicitation will be available on or after August 15, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely though this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The estimated date for receipt of offers is September 12, 2005.
