AN ON-SITE VISIT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BEFORE PROPOSALS ARE SUBMITTED FOR THIS PROJECT. ONLY ONE DAY WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR THIS SITE VISIT ON AUGUST 19, 2005 AT 10:00 A. M. DAVIS-BACON WAGE RATE DOES NOT APPLY. BLUEPRINTS ON CD'S WILL BE DISTRIBUTED DURING SITE VISIT.
