Description: The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS, intends to enter into a contractual agreement with a vendor to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to the elevators and dumbwaiters of this medical center. Services must meet all safety requirements set forth by Federal, State, and local standards. Services must be performed according to the specifications of this solicitation. This agreement will be for one (1) base year, beginning October 1, 2005 and ending September 30, 2006, with three (3) renewable option years. Request for solicitation must be in writing.
