Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center San Juan PR, is seeking for contractor(s) with local offices to establish a service contract to provide labor and material for cellular phones, wireless services and equipment. Services will be furnished at the VA Medical Center, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00921-3201. The period of performance will be for an initial base period from October 1, 2005 or date of award if later through September 30, 2006 with the option to extend the services for four additional twelve months periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517212 and the business size standard applicable to this acquisition is 1,500 employees. THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 22, 2005 with a due date of September 19, 2005 by COB 4:00 pm. P.R. Atlantic time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. This solicitation will be available in electronic format ONLY. The solicitation number for this acquisition will be 672-538-05. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP). Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA WILL NOT PROVIDE HARD COPIES. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address.
