Description

Non-Personal Service: Psychiatrist for Life Skills Clinis at Holloman AFB, NM. The Contractor shall provide out-patient psychiatric services and consultation required for Government beneficiaries, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance 1 Oct 05 - 30 Sept 06 and four option years. Price to include all applicable taxes including New Mexico Gross Receipt Tax. NAICS Code: 621112, standard size $8,500,000.00. This procurement is being conducted as a 100 percent small business set aside. The Solicitation will be posted on or about 10 Aug 2005 and MUST BE downloaded from FedBizOps at www.eps.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. Quotes will be due not later than 1600 on 23 Aug 05.
